Gayatri graduated with a degree in Finance from St. Josephs College of Commerce, Bengaluru. She thereafter completed her LLB from ILS Law College, Pune and enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the year 2014. She is also a qualified Company Secretary. Prior to joining Justlaw, she has appeared before the Bombay High Court, NCLT (Mumbai Bench), Mumbai City Civil & Sessions Court, District and Sessions Courts, Pune and has participated in a variety of Alternate Dispute Resolution. Since joining Justlaw in 2018, she regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT,) the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Bengaluru. Her areas of expertise include Insolvency, Bankruptcy, Contract Law, Company Law and Commercial Litigation.
