A triple LLB Gold medallist from University Law College, Ashwini graduated in the year 2018 and joined Justlaw shortly thereafter. She possesses an M.A in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and also a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune. Her practice areas include Alternate Dispute Resolution, Contract Law Insolvency and Commercial Litigation. She also has experience in matters pertaining to tariff determination for airports and major ports before the TDSAT. She regularly appears before Arbitral Tribunals, Commercial Courts, the Bangalore City Civil Court and a variety of other fora and extensively participates in Arbitrations.
